Operant collects the information you choose to provide through the discovery call form so we can review your inquiry, evaluate whether the service is a fit, and respond to you.

Information We Collect

The form may collect your name, company, business type, team size, email address, phone number, and the operational information you include in your message.

How We Use Information

Operant uses this information only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, communicate about potential services, and maintain appropriate business records. Operant does not sell the information submitted through this form.

Form Processing

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Operant by email. FormSubmit may temporarily process or retain submission data under its own privacy terms. Do not include passwords, financial account details, health information, or other highly sensitive information in the form.

Operant AI Features

Questions submitted through Ask Operant, together with a limited portion of the recent chat conversation, are sent to OpenAI for processing so the assistant can generate a response. Operant configures these requests not to create stored Responses, but OpenAI may process or retain API data under its applicable terms and policies.

Information entered in the Operant Sandbox—including business type, team size, role, business name if supplied, primary operational burden, and the situation you describe—is also sent to OpenAI when live analysis is available. If live analysis is unavailable, the page uses a local illustrative fallback instead.

Ask Operant is intended only for general questions about Operant’s public service offering. Do not submit passwords, financial account information, health information, confidential client records, trade secrets, or other sensitive personal or business information through the chat.

Retention & Requests

Operant retains inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, business records, and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email pk@pkaras.com.
